We are a premier dessert establishment in Oxford, Alabama. We specialize in gourmet popcorn, soft serve ”Whip”, shaved ice, mini doughnuts, and many other special dessert items. We have multiple fundraising opportunities that can help any organization such as churches, schools, youth sports, etc. to raise funds to meet a goal. Please read below to find out more information about each of our fundraisers.

Your organization will receive a coupon code for your members.
When members come to Twisted Snow, they will receive 10% off of their total purchase. (*Members must present the organization’s discount code or tell the cashier the organization’s name before they complete their order.)
At the end of the month, Twisted Snow will issue a check to the nonprofit organization for 100% of the amount of the discounts that were issued for the organization’s discount code. (The check will be delivered by mail or by a Twisted Snow employee).
There must be a minimum of $25 in discounts each month before a check will be issued. If the minimum is not met in the current month, the discount will be added to the following month.
Simply sign and return the attached form along with a copy of your 501(c)3 certificate to Twisted Snow. It can be mailed to 149 Plaza Ln, Oxford, AL, 36203. It can also be emailed to info@twistedsnow.com You can also sign up for this program electronically by scanning the QR code.
Members can refer non members to Twisted Snow. Non members can provide the organization’s discount code or name during checkout.
This program is subject to change at the discretion of Twisted Snow, llc.
Your organization will be assigned a discount code once an authorized representative signs and returns the attached agreement to Twisted Snow or agrees to the online agreement.
Discounts are given only on the purchase price of the menu items. Taxes and fees are not included.
The organization will need to provide a copy of their 501(c)3 certificate before a donation can be made.
Contact info@twisted.com to request to reserve the date and time for your event at least 2 weeks before the event.
Let participants know that Twisted Snow will be at your event and a percentage of their purchases will be donated to your organization.
Designate an area for Twisted Snow at your event. Our trailer will need a space approximately (30’L by 20’W). *Please contact info@twistedsnow for additional setup options.
Each fundraiser case will cost the organization $50.
Each case has 20 bags of popcorn. (4 Cheddar, 4 White Cheddar, and 4 Movie Theater 4 Caramel, and 4 Sweet and Salty)
Each bag inside of the case should be sold for $5.
The organization must order a minimum of 5 cases (100 individual bags).

***DO NOT LEAVE TWISTED SNOW POPCORN INSIDE OF A VEHICLE. POPCORN MUST BE KEPT IN A COOL AND DRY ENVIRONMENT AT ALL TIMES.***
Contact info@twisted.com to request to reserve the date for your event at least 1 week before the event date. (All Spirit Nights are held on Wednesdays or Thursdays only.)
Use social media to advertise the event. (A Spirit Night Flyer will be provided for you.)
Advise members to drop their receipt in your organization’s Spirit Night Box in order to participate.
Spirit Night starts from the open of business until the close of business on the reserved day.
Your organization will receive 10% of the net sales of the receipts in the Spirit Night Box minus taxes and fees.
—------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Information: *When advertising, please make sure your participants know to ask for their receipt and to drop it in the Spirit Box. *Receipts will be calculated at the close of business on Wednesday or Thursday. *A check will be available for pickup the following business day. *A check will be made out to the legal business name.
Have your participants email the link to your organization’s page to their family members and friends.
Advertise your fundraiser on all of your social media outlets 1 week prior to the start of the fundraiser and throughout your selling period.
Wait 5-7 business days to receive your check in the mail once the fundraiser is complete.
